The members of Harmony Tribe direct the 2010 Harmony Tribe Council to
proceed with 501c3 non profit incorporation, if it re-affirms incorporation
the best option for governance for the organization.
We, the members of
Harmony Tribe, require this process be followed to incorporate:
-
A committee of interested volunteer Harmony Tribe members will first draft
and approve articles and bylaws, and any existing policies will be compiled
in an empowered policy and procedure document as appropriate.
-
This committee will submit the complete draft documents, as a whole, to the
council for its approval.
-
The HT council will then submit the documents to a qualified attorney to
assess 501c3 compliance.
-
The Harmony Tribe Council will then consider any changes recommended, and
submit the final draft documents to the membership for review, of not less
than 30 days.
-
Harmony Tribe Members, at a special or annual meeting of the membership,
shall first consider any written amendments submitted for inclusion, and
then vote to ratify the documents, and direct the council to file all
relevant documents of incorporation.
Be it Resolved the Membership of Harmony Tribe directs the 2010 Harmony
Tribe
