Harmony Tribe offers membership to any individual who supports our mission statement and has a personal goal of creating and serving Community. Membership dues are $30 annually.
We ask for a time donation of a minimum of 6 hours of committee work each year pre-Sacred Harvest Festival -or- and EXTRA 6 hours of work at Sacred Harvest Festival in community service, setup, tear down or other Council assigned activities.
There are many opportunities available year round which range in commitment from a few hours working from home to running meetings in a leadership role. Help is always needed at our festival, if you have no other way to contribute.
Memberships are valid for 1 year from the time of payment.
You can vote at all Council meetings by approval. There is a standing motion at all Council meetings to extend voting rights to members.
By joining Harmony Tribe, you receive the following benefits:
- A one-time $20 credit towards any Harmony Tribe Event, including Sacred Harvest Festival, in this membership year.
- Early admittance to the Festival.
- A *FREE* Advance Sacred Harvest Festival T-Shirt. Anticipated print date is July
- Past Sacred Harvest Festival T-Shirts for $5
- Preference for early admittance and setup crew for Sacred Harvest Festival
- Priority for merchanting and other services at our events.
- All members will be considered first for all Sacred Harvest Festival services and programming including: Electricity, Workshops, Ritual Planning, Merchanting and more!
- Preference in Ritual presentation at other Harmony Tribe events
- A voice in developing our organization's direction.
- Special access to member notifications and Member's Only areas of the Harmony Tribe Website.
- An opportunity to help the Upper Midwest's largest Pagan Festival build our community!
Your membership dues allow us to make the necessary preparations for Sacred Harvest Festival and support our involvement in the May Day Parade and other events like our Yule celebration.
Your commitment builds our Community. Our individual concerns are varied, but as a group we are committed to co-creating a return to Community.
