[Translation: The Internet changes. If a page goes from being really great to something less than great, we can't control that. The best we can do is read the e-mail you send to us and, if we think it's warranted, pull down the offending link.]
Links to Harmony Tribe Web Pages
Links to Harmony Tribe Web pages may be presented in text format only. Harmony Tribe-owned marks, logos, photos, or other images may not be used in association with links without express permission.

User Submissions Terms of Use
User submissions include, but are not limited to, posts to the Harmony Tribe discussion boards and all other content provided to the Harmony Tribe Web site by a site visitor.
- You are responsible for all of your submissions.
You may not post any messages misrepresenting yourself as someone else, or by using a false e-mail address. In Harmony Tribe forums and content contributions, you must post under your own username, and are responsible for all posts from your account.
[Translation: Don't lie. Use a magical name or a nickname, but don't say you're someone you're not]
- Your submissions may not infringe upon others' use and enjoyment of the Harmony Tribe Web sites.
Do not post any material or links to material that is libelous, defamatory, false, obscene, violent, abusive, threatening, harassing, prejudicial, or is otherwise in violation of the law or Harmony Tribe's guidelines. (If you see a violation of this policy in an Harmony Tribe discussion space, please e-mail Contact the Director of Digital Media.)
[Translation: Don't be a jerk.]
- You must have the rights to what you submit.
You may only submit content for which you have the copyright or other specific permission to distribute electronically. You may not violate, plagiarize, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or proprietary rights. You acknowledge that any submitted materials are in the public domain.
[Translation: Stealing is bad. Please don't do it.]
- You grant us rights to what you submit.
When you submit materials to the Harmony Tribe Web sites, you grant us an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to redistribute or republish the information in any medium or form. Users retain copyright to original images and other artwork posted to our Web sites.
[Translation: This isn't as scary as it looks. It just means we can reprint your work. We can't sell it and we can't make money from it, but we can put it on a flyer or on our Web site. We will always give the artist credit for their work if we use it and let them know if we do.]
- You may not submit content for commercial purposes unless noted.
You cannot use Harmony Tribe Web sites, including but not limited to the discussion boards, for commercial purposes, nor to distribute or otherwise publish any material containing requests for money, advertising, or solicitations and promotions of goods and services except in designated areas.
[Translation: Don't spam people. We have a nice area on the forum called Merchants Row where you can post your business information. That's the only place you should put it. Anywhere else, and it will be considered spam.]
- You hold us harmless.
Harmony Tribe does not endorse and are not responsible for any statement, opinion, or advice given or made by anyone other than authorized Harmony Tribe representatives. All postings are those of the author, and you rely on such information at your own risk.
[Translation: Don't believe everything you read on the Internet, and don't blame us if you do.]
- Your submission may be removed by us at our discretion, for any reason, or not posted at all.
We will enforce the policies above through not posting offensive content, and removing such postings from the discussion boards. In instances of willful abuse, we reserve the right to take whatever action it determines is appropriate, including the termination of access privileges and legal action.
[Translation: We will not just delete or edit posts willy-nilly. We will give ample warnings and many chances. However, when the time comes, the hammer is big, it's swift, and we're not afraid to use it.]
