1) Spiritually based opening of the meeting: Deep breathing & Chest Tapping

2) Reading of the HT Values Statement:

4) Approval of old minutes (motion by scribe, 2nd, vote) 2026.06.10 HT Scribe Minutes

5) Approval of agenda, any Additions?

6) Consider establishing a “Vibes Watcher” role in this meeting.

9) Committee Reports:

Event Pagan Pride: Saturday, September 12, 2026. Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are in booth #11.
Event Yule: Determine if there any interest
Fundraising Committee: To reduce participation costs and allow more people to join us.
Event Parking Committee: Kim and Lou arranged RV for a more even electrical distribution. Isabel purchased a voltage meter to assess electrical availability at each outlet.
Marketing/Social Media: Promote that 2027 Registration is Open
Membership: We need volunteers to form a committee
Registration: We need volunteers to form a committee
Ritual Programming: Volunteers welcome to form a committee, Jeni is preparing for the Rangoli and another community ritual for 2027.
SHF Programming: Program for 2027 is almost complete.
Youth Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee

10) Council Updates/Task Assignments
Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. Finish Community Guide and get it ready for the printer. Very close to complete – DONE
  2. Review shopping lists and packing list before the festival – Isabel will email tribe – DONE

11. Scheduled Business/Discussion or Old Business Items:

  1. Temporarily vote into the position of Scribe Kim “Quill” Frank
  2. Post Festival Review: What went well? What can be improved?
  3. Pagan Pride: What do we need to bring?
  4. Ivo and Per’s fundraisers
  5. Call for art request/submissions

12) New business: Things presented by committee or that came up (must be approved by consensus)

13) New Task Assignments to be added during meeting

14) Scheduling of next council meeting and adjournment.
