2) Reading of the HT Values Statement:

4) Approval of old minutes (motion by scribe, 2nd, vote) 2026.06.10 HT Scribe Minutes

5) Approval of agenda, any Additions?

6) Consider establishing a “Vibes Watcher” role in this meeting.

Event Pagan Pride Committees: Recap, what went well? What can be improved?
Fundraising Committee: Recap meeting from Fundraising Committee 2026.09.08 HT Fundraising Committee Minutes
Marketing/Social Media: We need to promote registrations, Call for Art, Pride Posts on Instagram
Membership: We have 10 members as of August 20th, 2026
Registration: Registration is open
Ritual Programming: Volunteers welcome to form a committee, Jeni is preparing for the Rangoli and another community ritual for 2027.
SHF Programming: Program for 2027 is almost complete.
Youth Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee

10) Council Updates/Task Assignments
Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. We will set a date for a fundraising committee meeting on 09/08/26 – Event brite- DONE
  2. We will research wish list donation options for SHF/HT on our website
  3. We will review expenses and verify receipts for SHF/HT – Kim and Isabel
  4. We will meet at Pagan Pride stall #11 between 9am-9:30am Sep 12th – DONE
  5. Ivo and Per’s fundraisers – Quill, Kim, and Isabel will meet 9/908/26 to discuss
  6. Call for art request/submissions – Isabel will create a Call For Art for SHF 2027
  7. Create a signup genius event for Pagan Pride – DONE

  1. Pagan Pride Recap
  2. Per’s fundraiser – organize and/or discuss
