Event Pagan Pride: Saturday, September 12, 2026. Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will sign up as soon as registration opens
Marketing/Social Media: Promote guests, musical guests, and location- Isabel
Membership: We have 7 members as of May17th, 2026
Registration: We have13 registrations as of May 17th, 2026
Ritual Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee, Jeni is preparing for the Rangoli and another community ritual for 2026.

10) Council Updates/Task Assignments
Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. Remind Dan the drummer to sign contract
  2. Check in with Per regarding arrival date
  3. Committee Meeting for Programming – 2026.06.04 SHF Schedule 7pm
  4. Email Ivo regarding ritual for our – New Hope: Rising to the Challenge
