Event Pagan Pride: Saturday, September 12, 2026. Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will register as soon as registration opens
Marketing/Social Media: Promote guests, musical guests, and location- Isabel
Membership: We have 7 members as of May17th, 2026
Registration: We have13 registrations as of May 17th, 2026
Ritual Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee, Jeni is preparing for the Rangoli and another community ritual for 2026.
SHF Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee
Youth Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee

10) Council Updates/Task Assignments
Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. Continue contacting presenters and writing contracts- Isabel and Kim will continue to find guests (close to Minneapolis or not)
  2. Review previous rangoli supplies, tiki fuel and peat moss expenses and create a realistic budget for this year’s festival- Kim to present at the next council meeting – in progress
  3. Review Paganicon contacts and speakers to invite to SHF- Isabel & Kim
  4. Contact musical guests and work on contracts – Isabel
  5. We will create a form for the community to submit workshop requests and proposals. – Isabel
  6. We will review and add workshops to the 2026 Workshop Ideas & Proposals document

11. Scheduled Business/Discussion or Old Business Items:

  1. Work on scheduling programming for the Community Guide.
