6) Consider establishing a “Vibes Watcher” role in this meeting.

9) Committee Reports:

Event Paganicon: HT is in Paganicon Parlor Suite #118 – JRob will bring his lights and 2 benches to loan. . – Kim will bring her lights and extension cords, backdrops and stand.
Marketing/Social Media: Promote 2026 SHF and Guests – Isabel is creating promos for social media – for Ivo and Brandy, we will post more for Paganicon. Celia Farran will play in the Hospitality Suite on Saturday from 8-9 pm
Membership: We have 6 members as of March 19, 2026
Registration: We have 2 registration as of March 19, 2026
Ritual Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee, Jeni is preparing for the Rangoli and another community ritual for 2026.
SHF Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee
Youth Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee

10) Council Updates/Task Assignments
Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. Paganicon printing – We will print generic HT flyers, Celia Ferran’s Saturday Concert poster and 4×4 of SHF.
  2. Isabel and JRob are working on Paganicon Posters and flyers
  3. Kim is working on the 2025/2026 budget items, and the Proposed 2026 Budget, plus she will continue with the previous years as time allows.
  4. We will have admin meetings through zoom or text; between now and Paganicon as needed.
