1) Spiritually based opening of the meeting: Memory of your first Sacred Harvest Festival!

2) Reading of the HT Values Statement:

Harmony Tribe is a welcoming and diverse spiritual organization that embraces honesty, compassion, and inclusiveness. Through accountability and transparency we demonstrate respect for ourselves, our community, and that which we hold sacred.

Pagan Pride: It was a very effective marketing event.
Event Yule: Not at the moment. Maybe if we have volunteers.
Event Paganicon: We filled out the 2025 application to host a hospitality suite. We need volunteers.
Marketing/Social Media: Isabel, Tamara and Nels will post. We can promote memberships.
Membership: As of October 12th, 2024 there are 8 members total
Registration: Will be open Registration for SHF 2025 as soon as we have a signed contract
Ritual: TBD
SHF Programming: TBD email tribe requesting workshop and volunteers after Annual Meeting
Youth Programming: TBD email tribe requesting workshops and volunteers after Annual Meeting

10) Council Updates/Task Assignments
Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. Isabel will Email new PO Box address to Nels & Judy to update any old locations – Done
  2. Holly & Isabel will brainstorm – set up zoom meeting
  3. Nels will search for people and old photos – Done
  4. Volunteers needed for the Council: Bursar and Scribe – Elections are coming soon! Post/email – Isabel
  5. Isabel, Holly, and Nels will review current Membership structure and brainstorm new ideas – Done
  6. Isabel begin negotiations with owner of our 2025 site location
