2) Reading of the HT Values Statement:

Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting

  1. Paganicon Organizing Meeting Date – Feb 23rd
  2. Nels to review the bylaws and PPD investigate membership portions and how to change them. 
  3. Nels to upload high resolution scans of Judy’s art submission. 
  4. Isabel to create Committee meeting for Paganicon Decorations (Isabel, Kim, Connie & Judy) – Sun Feb 23rd 
  5. Isabel to continue contacting possible guests – Update list
  6. Fundraising committee meeting – Holly, Isabel
  7. Isabel to set up Sign-up Genius for Paganicon room volunteers
  8. Isabel to set up next Zoom meeting for Council meeting
