Event Paganicon: HT was approved for the Paganicon Hospitality Suite
Marketing/Social Media: Promote 2026 SHF and Guests –
Membership: We have 6 members as of February 12, 2026
Registration: 98 registrations for 2025
Ritual Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee, Jeni is preparing for the Rangoli and another community ritual for 2026.
SHF Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee
Youth Programming: We need volunteers to form a committee

Review and report of all individual task assignments from the previous meeting
